Choosing your basketball shoes
To choose the right basketball shoes for you, you need to:
1- establish your level and how often you play
2- identify your main expectations based on your style of play: responsiveness and speed of movement or high shock absorption for powerful support
3- choose the right upper height: covered ankle or not?
Picking a shoe size
We recommend that you try the shoes before your first training session and go for your usual size for basketball.
If it feels a little tight, go one size up.
There should be about 1 cm between your toe and the end of the shoe because your foot will tend to swell slightly as you exercise.
Last of all, go for socks designed specifically for basketball, that reduce rubbing in the areas that are most exposed.
What kind of courts are these shoes designed for?
All of them! Our shoes are tested and approved on all types of indoor surfaces, as well as on different outdoor grounds.
We test grip at different levels of dust (in the laboratory and in real-life conditions), as well as resistance over time, particularly with abrasion from the floor.
